  1. Write posts in Google Docs
  2. Share posts via Google Docs to the editor of the week & Mr. W
  3. Communicate effectively with the editor about revisions
  4. Format the post in Edublogs post editor & submit
  5. Enter appropriate info into the team contributions spreadsheet

Editors

  1. Read and edit the submitted posts in a timely fashion (within 24 hours).
    • Fix up grammar, spelling, etc.
    • Make sure it meets the length requirements
    • Check for citations, and working hyperlinks
    • Make other constructive suggestions to improve the post
  2. Check the final formatting of the post in Edublogs
    • Make minor fixes, send big issues back to the author
    • Check that pictures are appropriate and cited correctly
  3. Publish the post to the public
  4. Enter appropriate info into the team contributions spreadsheet
